Hits can't be evaded(and its variations) is a modifier that can be found onweapons,activeandpassive skills. It makesattacksignore attacker'saccuracyand target'sevasion, for an effective 100% chance tohita target.

Since accuracy and evasion are ignored, a hit that is rolledcriticalwill not be checked to determine if the critical is evaded or not.This means that the modifier is strong for critical builds, which are usually suffering a lot from poor accuracy, through the double chances to hit check.
