Who knew at the end of the rainbow, there's a dispensary?!These folks are super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend stopping by.

Went in for some bud but had to wait 30 minutes (which is a super long wait time for being at the counter) because I had three accounts somehow for points. Had my veterans discount on there as well. The cashier said she would need to merge them so I could keep my points and my discount. That day my discount didn’t get applied. Came back a week later and asked about my discount and why it was not applied and she acted like she didn’t know me 🤣🤣🤣🤣 when she knew damn well who I was. Had a whole conversation with her for thirty minutes about my account. She told me I needed to bring my DD214 which is not a big deal but damnnnn… how are you going to do me like that? Rude and disgusting as well… Some of the workers will steal your points as well.. I was told from a worker who used to work there. If I were you … do not tip.. they don’t deserve it 🤣

Sold me a cart for a magnetic battery didn’t warn us or anything and refused to give refund. Who tf has a magnetic battery anyway? Tf? Cart is also anlmost impossible to transfer it to another had to get a drill to get the cap off. Ridiculous. Hopefully I can find somewhere better to get them because I hate this store now.

I placed an order for something. I have been waiting weeks for you to get back in stock called in curbside order for 2 Select Briq vape pens.I received a message order was ready for pickup.Had daughter drive me to Marion. When we get there, I’m told the items I had reserved was sold before my order was filled.5 min lapsed from ordering to ready for pickup.I was told another kind that was left was similar to what I ordered. I bought 2. They don’t compare.I was one of Marion’s first customers and I’ve spent thousands there. In 4 yrs I’ve never had anything sold out from under me.No apology. No excuses. I am livid.

Decent until it isn’t, been shorted at times and made trips for nothing due to their mistakes, and they will do the bare minimum to try and “fix” them. Doesn’t matter if you’ve spent $8k or $5 they will absolutely not take a loss even when they’re at fault.

CONSUME Employees are very intuitive about the product that they are selling and if you are not Knowledgeable! No problem I’m turning 67 and the sales person ask what you need and I am always surprised that they are always empathetic with you as a customers 🇺🇸 !

I will say I have been coming here for about 2 and half year now its reliable and that's about all the good I can say about it. Went in there today and their lowest priced 1/8th is 40 dollars.. with the fees from using a debit card that comes out to 50 dollars. Might as well get it from your dealer cause you'll get more

Everyone who works here is super friendly and the product selection is great. Very simple process also.

I love everything that I got from here. Their systems were down for a bit on 420 when I stopped by, so they gave everyone a $5 coupon for the inconvenience as well as a bonus at check out (I got a cookie). Can't wait to go back!

Super helpful staff! Went on 4/20 and it was very busy but the staff managed it very well. Waits were long but as to be expected for that day. All products were good and plenty of parking.

My husband has his medical issue and only buys here. He likes the employees and atmosphere. I find the drive through a great experience because he orders ahead and there is no wait time.

Not happy with my last three visits. They keep screwing people on their points and jacking up prices even though they are falling.Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

I always order through the app. I'm a caregiver for my brother who is a disabled veteran. They tell me I do not have to mark the veteran discount but I always do as they say it's in the computer and it always rings up. Even if I forget to add that. I go through the drive-thru today I knew how much his order was and I'm told it's more than what I had handed the person in cash. I said I don't believe that's correct because he is a veteran. Could you please look at that instead of asking me for more money so the gentleman went back inside as I went through the drive-thru and he said the computer wasn't working and wasn't taking any discounts off and I was correct and he said he was sorry but I'm not understanding how the computer forgot that he was a veteran as we've been a member for so long but he rightfully made it right was very pleasant and apologetic just questioning what's going on in there? Computer glitch or human error?

Store is normally pretty busy. Good staff. However they have issues with restocking concentrates. They will restock the way over priced $60 for a gram (plus tax) but they won't stock any of the still over priced $45 a gram. Cmon now:edit: Brought up to 4*, 3 feels a bit harsh. Staff is 99% always helpful and nice. Products pricing isn't the greatest....but I guess that's the state of Illinois. Still consume is much better than Thrive, and they are on par with blyss.

The staff was awsome. Me and my wife really appreciate the time they took to explain and suggest different products.We will definitely be back

I love going here, it's a nice friendly environment, employees there seem to love doing their jobs. Sometimes their computers are super slow, so it's easier to order online.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great medical prices. Separate waiting area for medical. Daily deals posted on their website. 30% off first visit when you sign up for rewards.

My spouse has been coming here for a couple years and just about every visit the cart must be emptied and he leaves paying the same amount but less product. It also gets time consuming. There are always excuses to not give discount or not get his member benefits. The last two times, after bringing this up (actually recording from car) they are spot on and gave us the 40 off for 4 but before that-nope. Also, open bag and check expiration date before leaving. Thrive may seem more expensive but it has better staff and no drama.Beyond Hello and Codes give great military discounts -- and I wasnt humiliated when I attempted to purchase with discount like I did at Consume Marion & got a gathering to tell me I dont get the discount cause I am not military. Thats cool. It could have been done more gracefully but no worries.

Staff are cool and nice! But I keep getting bud that has a bad smell. Like when the bud is wet. Really upsets me. If I e gotten three so far that smell like that and taste horrible as well, how am I going to want to buy any bud from here again. Really sucks because I also emailed about this. I never got a response.

Consume was a good place to visit. They serve medical and recreational. It's easy to get to and wasn't extremely busy. Check in was simple, and even with a line ahead of me there wasn't a very long wait to get checked out. The price was comparable to others, but still the reason for only 4 stars.

Everyone (employees) I encountered here was super nice. The rep who got my order was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and simply a pleasure to talk to. Besides that, the deals were great, too! It's cheaper than my local store. I will definitely be back. They worked efficiently with the long line. Way to go, guys/gals!

Not only are the staff awesome sauce, the whole vibe is awesome. Great products sold by great people. Definitely recommend people going there! I have medical and they are super helpful!! Only place I love to go. (I’ll have to add more photos later!!)
